During October Shannon College of Hotel Management played host to the students from the CFA in France. 16 students and 2 staff members travelled to Shannon to discover what culinary delights Ireland’s west coast had to offer. Visiting local tourists sites as well as artisan food produces throughout Clare. To mark the occasion, on their final night in Shannon, the French students prepared a special tasting menu for fifty guests in the Shannon College restaurant.
